Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
Reservations
All reservations must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited seating, bespoke nature of each experience, and advance procurement of premium seasonal ingredients, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another guest by providing the replacement guest's details to Sage Gastronomy no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
Cancellation by Sage Gastronomy
If an event is cancelled by Sage Gastronomy, guests will be offered either:

a full refund; or
-
the option to transfer their booking to a future Sage Gastronomy experience.
Dietary Requirements
Please advise any dietary requirements or allergies at least 7 days before the event. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all dietary preferences or allergies can be catered for due to the nature of our curated tasting menus.
Seating
Seating arrangements are thoughtfully curated by our team to ensure the best guest experience. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, specific table locations cannot be guaranteed.
Photography & Media
Photography and videography may be captured during the event for editorial and promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of such imagery unless they advise Sage Gastronomy in writing prior to the event.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
